Honda Life cold start rough idle

I'm having some trouble with my 2001 Honda Life (gasoline engine). It's got 228604 km on the clock. Lately, it's been starting poorly, especially when cold. Once it does start, the engine runs really rough during the cold start phase. I suspect a faulty cold start injector. Has anyone else dealt with this?
