Yeah, the temperature reading from the sensor seems way off according to the diagnostic tool. What exactly was wrong with your Astra? Did you replace the sensor and it fixed it?

In my case, replacing the sensor sorted it out, but I'd still advise getting it checked by a workshop. Could be something else, although I'm willing to bet it's the sensor like mine was.

Thanks. I took your advice and went to the workshop. Turns out it was the intake air temperature sensor indeed! Cost me 155€ to get it replaced. Runs like new now, appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my old Opel Astra. Same symptoms: check engine light, error code pointing to a sensor, lack of power. Was your temperature reading way off, by any chance?
