Yes, it did store error codes. I ended up taking it to a workshop. They sorted it out quickly.

Thanks for confirming. I took your advice and brought my Pilot to the workshop. Turns out it was a faulty battery sensor. Cost me 315€ to fix. Thanks again for the help!

I had something similar with my Pilot. Check the battery terminals for corrosion and make sure they're tight. Also, get the battery charging system checked out.
