Honda Stream electric seat issue
Summary of the thread
A 2009 Honda Stream's passenger electric seat was unresponsive, with an OBD reader indicating a seat-related error. The fuses were checked and found to be fine, leading to speculation that a recently discharged battery might be the cause. The issue was resolved by a workshop, which found that the discharged battery had corrupted the seat control module's memory, requiring reprogramming to restore functionality.

Thanks! I haven't checked the seat switch directly, but I will. Where is that located? How did you solve the problem?

The seat switch is part of the seat itself, usually on the side near the controls. I didn't solve it myself. A workshop diagnosed a faulty module that needed replacing.

Thanks! I'll check the switch. Sounds beyond my skills, so a workshop visit is probably needed. I will post the solution. The workshop found the discharged battery corrupted the seat control module memory. They reprogrammed it, and it's working. Cost 290€.

Interesting! I have a Stream and had a similar problem with my electric seats. No movement, and the error light was on. Did you check the seat switch itself? Maybe something got stuck.
