Hyundai i10 vibrating brake pedal
Summary of the thread
A 2013 Hyundai i10 diesel with 81,004 km is experiencing a vibrating brake pedal. The brake fluid level is normal, suggesting the issue might be with the metal brakes themselves. A similar problem in another vehicle was due to an undervoltage affecting the ABS, but in this case, the workshop identified defective front brake rotors as the cause. Replacing the rotors resolved the issue.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Undervoltage, huh? That's interesting. I hadn't considered that. No, nothing else seems off, but I'll keep an eye out. Was it a pain to diagnose? Did you manage to fix it yourself?

Diagnosing it was a proper headache! Honestly, I spent ages trying to figure it out. In the end, I took it to a workshop. It turned out some sensor was faulty and draining the battery. They replaced the sensor and the battery. It would be best if you go to the workshop.

Okay, thanks for the heads up! I appreciate you sharing your experience. I think I will bring it into a workshop. They found that my front brake rotors were defective; that was the only problem. 240€ later, it seems ok again!

That sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my old Peugeot 207. The pedal feedback was odd, almost like a buzzing. For me, it turned out to be an undervoltage problem messing with the ABS. Have you noticed anything else electrical acting weird, like the lights dimming or the radio cutting out?
