Insight electric steering column issue

Hi, I'm having an issue with my 2023 Honda Insight (hybrid engine). The electric steering column adjustment isn't working. I get an error stored, and the steering column won't adjust electrically. Has anyone else experienced this? I haven't checked any fuses yet.

I had something similar happen with my Insight. Check the cable and plug connection to the steering column motor. Seems like a loose connection could be the problem.

Yes, same error. Accessing the connection isn't too difficult, but honestly, I'd recommend just taking it to a workshop. Might save you time and potential headaches.

Took it to the workshop as suggested. Turns out it was a defective cable/plug connection. Repair cost 95€. Thanks for the help!
