Integra massage seat failure
Summary of the thread
The massage seat switch in a 2023 Honda Integra has stopped working, although the seat adjusts normally. An error related to the massage seat was detected using an OBD reader. The issue is likely due to a defective cable or plug connection, as suggested by a similar past experience. The recommended solution is to take the car to a workshop for repair.

No, the seat motor is fine for the regular adjustments, just the massage function is totally dead. If I press the button, absolutely nothing happens. You think it could really just be a loose wire or something? Where should I even start looking for that?

Yeah, mine was completely dead too for the massage. Given that you have an error code stored and the massage function is completely unresponsive, I'd say it's probably more than just a loose connection. I ended up taking mine to a workshop. They said something about a defective cable or plug connection. Cost about 95€ to fix.

Ugh, okay, thanks for the heads up. I was hoping it would be something simple, but I guess I'll bite the bullet and take it in. At least 95€ doesn't sound TOO terrible. Thanks again for the help!

Huh, that's odd. I've got an Integra too, though not a '23. Had something kinda similar happen once. Was the seat motor completely unresponsive, or did it just seem weak? Could be a connection issue.
