Interstar fuel flap issue
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Nissan Interstar owner is experiencing a fuel flap issue where the flap won't open, and the error memory shows a fault. The problem might be linked to the lock actuator, which could be jammed or faulty. Another person with a similar experience suggests checking the lock actuator and recommends taking the vehicle to a workshop for repair. Ultimately, the issue is resolved by replacing the lock actuator at a workshop.

Interesting! So, when you say 'similar issue,' was it exactly the same symptoms? And did you try anything before getting it fixed? I'm just trying to avoid a costly repair if possible.

Yep, same symptoms exactly! Tried fiddling with the flap, checking fuses, nada. Honestly, save yourself the headache and get it checked out. It's probably the lock actuator like I mentioned. Workshop time, I reckon!

Cheers for the advice! Ended up taking it to a workshop, and you were spot on – lock actuator. Cost me 210€ all in. Annoying, but at least it's sorted. Thanks again!

Whoa, sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my Interstar. Does your key fob seem to be working alright otherwise? Check the lock actuator! It might be jammed or faulty. It's a pain!
