Yes, adaptive cruise and collision avoidance are both disabled. Where exactly is the sensor located on the Ioniq 5? I want to be sure I'm cleaning the right area and not causing damage. Is there anything specific I should use or avoid?

Okay, that confirms it's definitely the radar sensor throwing a fit. On most cars, that sensor is usually behind the front bumper, often near the grille. But honestly, with it being electric and all, I'd play it safe and just have a workshop take a look. These sensors can be super sensitive, and you don't want to brick it. Might save you money in the long run, even if it's just for a quick check!

Thanks for the input. I had the sensor cleaned at a workshop, as you advised. The repair cost 45€. The issue is now resolved.

That sucks! I've heard of similar issues. Is it impacting your adaptive cruise control or collision avoidance? Have you tried just giving the sensor area a good clean? Sometimes road grime or even a bit of ice can mess with those sensors.
