Thanks for the info! When you say 'cable and plug connections,' are we talking about physically inspecting them for damage, or is there something more technical involved, like testing the voltage? Also, where exactly is this ventilation flap located? I'm guessing somewhere in the back?

Yes, I meant physically inspecting the cable and plug connections for any visible damage or loose connections. I wouldn't advise voltage testing unless you're experienced with electrical systems. The ventilation flap is indeed located in the rear. Given the symptoms and error codes, I'd suggest taking it to a workshop for diagnosis. My repair bill was around 95€. They'll be able to pinpoint the exact cause and fix it properly.

Appreciate the advice. I'll take it to a workshop, and I'll mention the cable or plug connection as a potential issue. Hopefully, it's a simple fix. Thanks again!

I had similar issues with my iQ – automatic climate going haywire. Does the air circulation seem off, especially for rear passengers? The rear ventilation flap could be the culprit, especially if the error codes point in that direction. Have you checked the cable and plug connections to that component? That's where my problem stemmed from.
