ix20 rough running stalling

My 2014 Hyundai ix20 diesel is giving me some grief. The check engine light is on, it's running rough, and sometimes stalls when idling. Plus, it's jerking when I try to accelerate. Could this be a fuel pressure sensor issue? I've checked for any obvious loose connections, but nothing seems out of place.

Sounds familiar... I had similar issues with my ix20. Rough idle, engine misfire... could be the fuel pressure sensor. Did you notice any change in fuel economy? What mileage are you at?

Yeah, the fuel economy seems a bit worse than usual. I'm at 115818 km. Was it definitely the pressure sensor for you?

Yep, exactly the same symptoms and mileage range. I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop. Turned out to be a defective connection for me, so hopefully, it's nothing major for you either.

I took it to the shop. It was exactly that! The cable to the fuel pressure sensor was defective and has been replaced. The repair cost me 95€. Thanks for the advice!
