Jade passenger seat electrical fault
Summary of the thread
The passenger side electric seat on a 2015 Honda Jade hybrid isn't functioning, with error memory indicating a fault. Initial checks show fuses are intact, leading to speculation about a potential battery issue. A similar issue was resolved by addressing a corroded connection in the seat wiring harness, which was cleaned and tightened. Ultimately, the problem was identified as an electrical harness fault, requiring replacement by a mechanic.

Could you give more detail on 'dodgy connection'? Was it visibly corroded or loose? Did you check the seat switch?

Yeah, it was corroded. I cleaned it with contact cleaner and tightened the connector. If that doesn't fix it, a workshop can properly test the seat motor and wiring.

Took it to a mechanic, and it was an electrical harness fault that needed replacement. Repair cost 290€. Thanks again.

I had a similar problem with my Jade's passenger seat. It was a dodgy connection in the seat wiring harness. Check the harness under the seat for loose connections or damage.
