Jerking when changing gear at 1500 rpm

Hello everyone, I drive a BMW X3 and have a problem with my automatic transmission. When accelerating, the vehicle jerks, especially at 1500 rpm during gear changes. Has anyone had similar experiences or knows what could be causing this? I would appreciate any tips or advice!
