Juke Hybrid AC failure
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Nissan Juke Hybrid experienced a complete failure of the refrigerant compressor at 131,358 km, resulting in no cold air and a warning light. Diagnostics indicated a defective AC control unit as the cause. After checking the pressure sensor and confirming it was not the issue, the problem was resolved by replacing the AC control unit at a workshop.

Thanks! I did check the pressure sensor, and the readings seem okay. Could you tell me more about your situation? Did your error codes also point to a faulty control unit, or something else?

The codes were all over the place, but after some back and forth, the shop pinpointed it to the control unit. Best to bring it to a reputable workshop.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a trusted workshop, and they confirmed a defective AC control unit. The replacement, including labor, was 980€. The system is working now. Your insights really helped!

Hey, I own a Juke too (not sure about the year), and your symptoms sound like what I had last summer. AC died, and the codes were all over the place. Did you check the pressure sensor on the refrigerant lines? Worth a look before replacing the control unit.
