Jumper alarm system failure

I've got a 2012 Citroen Jumper, diesel engine, with about 170k km on it. Recently, I've been getting an error in the memory, and the alarm system is totally dead. Anyone else had this issue? Could it be some alarm controller thing?

I had something similar happen with my Jumper. Same symptoms – alarm just quit. Did you check the simple stuff first, like fuses? Or maybe a faulty connection? What did you check so far?

Fuses are fine. I wiggled a few wires near what I think is the alarm module, but nothing obvious. Where exactly did you have a look when this happened to you?

My problem sounds very close to yours. I didn't manage to fix it on my own. The workshop identified a defective cable or plug connection on the alarm system. Cost me about 95€ to get sorted. I would suggest you see a professional to check it properly.

Thanks! Sounds like I'm heading to the shop then. The error memory also showed a siren communication fault so I think that's the cause. I'll mention the wiring issue. Hopefully, it's a quick fix.
