Jumper Electric Power Steering Issue

Woah, vibrating wheel and spongy steering on an electric Jumper? That sounds scary! Have you checked the basics? Is the hydraulic fluid reservoir full? Could it be something simple like wheel alignment? Is the steering column itself making any noises?

Hydraulic fluid on an electric? I thought those systems were electric motor driven. Is there still a fluid system I'm missing, or are you thinking of a different model?

Oops, my bad! I totally spaced that it's electric. Yeah, no hydraulic fluid then. A faulty connection is a likely culprit, but honestly, with those symptoms, especially the stored error code, I'd get it to a workshop. They'll have the diagnostic tools to pinpoint it exactly.
