Jumpy NOx Catalyst and Exhaust Leak
Summary of the thread
A 2006 Citroen Jumpy is experiencing a check engine light and NOx catalyst aging errors, potentially due to an exhaust leak. The leak might be affecting the NOx storage, causing the catalytic converter to malfunction. It is suggested to have the exhaust system checked and repaired at a workshop to resolve the issue.

Interesting! Fuel efficiency has taken a nosedive recently, now that you mention it. What was the exact issue on your Jumpy? Did it also point to the NOx storage catalyst?

Yep, pretty much the same symptoms. The leak was causing the catalyst to work overtime, leading to the error. I'd suggest getting that exhaust system checked ASAP. Probably best to take it to a workshop; exhaust leaks can be tricky to pinpoint.

Thanks a bunch! Exhaust leak makes perfect sense. Just got a quote for 265€ at the workshop to fix it, hopefully solves all my problems. I'll keep you posted!

Hey there! I had something similar on my Jumpy, though not the exact same year. The exhaust leak can definitely screw with your catalytic converter and NOx emissions. Is your fuel efficiency also tanking?
