Jumpy Overheating Communication Error

Hi, I'm having a weird issue with my 2012 Citroen Jumpy diesel. It's got about 41394 km on the clock. Lately, the engine's been overheating, and the check engine light keeps popping on. I also noticed some coolant spilling under the van – seems like there's excessive pressure in the cooling system. I ran a basic car diagnostics check and it pointed towards a control unit communication error. Could this be a software glitch or something more serious?
