Jumpy Power Window Initialization Issue
Summary of the thread
After replacing the battery in a Citroen Jumpy 2021, the power windows stopped functioning, with an error indicating a failure in window regulator initialization. The initial attempt to resolve the issue using the manual's reset procedure was unsuccessful. The problem was ultimately resolved by taking the vehicle to a workshop, where a professional window regulator initialization was performed, restoring the windows' functionality.

I tried the reset procedure in the manual, pressing and holding the button, but it didn’t work. Anything else you did with your Scenic?

No, the reset procedure didn't solve it on my Scenic either. Eventually, I had to take it to a workshop, because it looked like a deeper car electronics issue. I am afraid you will have to do the same.

I suspected as much. The workshop confirmed the issue and performed the window regulator initialization. It cost 290€. Windows are working again.

Sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my old Renault Scenic after the battery went flat. The electric windows just wouldn't work. It was like the car had forgotten they existed. Did you try the usual window reset procedure, holding the button up for a few seconds?
