Kadjar Audio System Failure

My 2018 Renault Kadjar (gasoline engine) has a dead audio system. The display is black, and there's an error stored, but I can't access it because nothing is working. No sound, no Bluetooth, nothing! Has anyone experienced this?

Sounds familiar. I've got a Kadjar too, and had something similar. No sound at all, and the dealer pointed to a defective display. Any static noise or speaker crackle before it died?

No static or crackling, it just went completely silent. Was the volume control or dashboard controls also affected in your case?

Yep, everything went out. The volume control was useless, and none of the dashboard controls related to the audio did anything. I'd suggest getting it checked out, sounds like the same problem.

Thanks! I appreciate the confirmation. I'll take it to the workshop. The error memory also pointed to the display. It's going to cost me 725€ :(
