Thanks for the info. Where exactly is that sensor located, and is it easy to access the cable and plug connection myself?

Honestly, I'm not 100% sure where it is on the Kadjar, and I wouldn't recommend messing with it too much unless you're confident. I just took mine to a workshop. It's likely the same issue, and they should be able to diagnose and fix it quickly.

Thanks. I took it to the shop, and you were right. Defective plug connection on the charge air temperature sensor. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted. Appreciate the help!

I had something similar with my Kadjar. Same symptoms, check engine light and all. Turned out to be a defective cable or plug connection to the charge air temperature sensor. Have you checked those specifically?
