Kadjar emergency call malfunction

My 2016 Renault Kadjar with a gasoline engine has an emergency call system malfunction at 133258 km. The error is stored, and a warning light appears. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection.

I had something similar happen in my Kadjar. Is the error message constant, or does it come and go? Does your infotainment system freeze at all?

The error message is constant, and the infotainment system is not affected. Do you have any idea what the cost was?

Yeah, mine was constant too. Eventually, I just took it to the workshop. Turned out to be a faulty connection as we suspected. Not a huge fix, but definitely needed attention. I suggest you go there too.
