Kangoo AC not working

My 2012 Renault Kangoo with a gasoline engine has an AC issue. It's not cooling at all and doesn't seem to engage. I suspect the valves. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue with my Kangoo. I thought it was a refrigerant leak, but it turned out to be a faulty AC relay. Have you checked the relay and fuses?

My relay showed corrosion, and the fuse was blown. Use a multimeter for a precise diagnosis. If the relay is fine, it could be the valves. Then it's time for AC diagnostics at a workshop.
