Pressure switch? Relay switch? Wiring harness? Where do I even find those things? And how would I check them?

Yeah, it's a pain. Honestly, tracing electrical issues is a real hassle without the right tools and knowledge. Could be a faulty pressure sensor too. I ended up taking my Astra to a workshop. They diagnosed a bad connection and a slightly leaky A/C line. Saved me a lot of headache. I think that you should also go to a workshop.

You were right. Took it to a workshop and turns out it was a bad connection causing undervoltage to the A/C compressor. Cost me 240€ to fix, but at least I have cold air again! Thanks for the advice!

Sounds familiar. Had a similar A/C shut-off issue with my old Opel Astra. Air con stopped working, fault code pointed to low voltage. Have you checked the pressure switch or the relay switch controlling the A/C compressor? Also, have you checked the wiring harness?
