Kangoo leaning issue

Hey, I'm having a weird issue with my 2015 Renault Kangoo, it's the gasoline engine version. Basically, the van seems like it's struggling and leaning to one side. I'm getting an error message and a warning light, and the headlights seem way off. Could it be the air suspension compressor? I've heard it could be a bad cable or plug. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi there! I had something similar happen with my Kangoo! I think it could be the connectors. It's definitely worth investigating. Did you check the error memory to see what codes are stored? Also, how many kilometers are on your Kangoo?

Thanks for the quick reply! Yeah, the error message pointed towards the air suspension system. It's got just over 60,000 km on the clock. The error memory suggests a fault with the compressor. When yours had a similar issue, did it show all the same symptoms? Like error in the speedometer, as well as warning light, and vehicle leaning?

You know what, now that you mention it, the leaning was definitely a symptom, and the error message on the speedometer was there too! Given that you're getting errors related to the compressor, and you're experiencing similar symptoms to what I had, it's pretty likely that's the culprit. I would suggest going to a local garage to get this checked out.

Thanks a lot for your help! It sounds like our problems are very similar. I took it to a mechanic, and you were right, it was indeed a defective plug. The problem was fixed for 95€!
