Kangoo transmission issues

Hey, I'm having a weird issue with my 2012 Renault Kangoo, gasoline engine, currently at 216979 km. The radiator oil pressure seems off. The transmission indicator and check engine lights are on, automatic transmission is stuck in emergency mode with weird shifting, gearbox slippage with grinding, and an error code related to this. I'm thinking it might be a bad cable or plug. Anyone seen this before?

I had similar problems with my Kangoo. Is the radiator coolant level good? Check the pressure gauge, too. Overheating can cause this.

Thanks! I'll check the coolant and gauge in the morning. But could the oil cooler cause this, given the radiator oil pressure thing? Seems weird that coolant would mess with the automatic transmission.

It's possible, but for me, low coolant set off all the errors. If the usual checks don't show anything, just get the Kangoo to a shop. Cost me about 95€ to get the cable fixed.

Okay, thanks. I'll start with the coolant and pressure. If that doesn't fix it, I'm off to the workshop. They quoted me around 95€ for the cable fix too, so that sounds like it.
