Kangoo Washer Fluid Warning

I tried activating it several times but there is no sound, so it could be the motor. Is there anything else that could cause it not to work? And is there a way for me to test the windshield washer motor, to be 100% certain that is the problem?

Besides the motor, check the wiring and fuse for the washer system. A break in the circuit would prevent the motor from running, even if the motor itself is fine. Given the stored error and lack of motor sound, it's probable that the motor or its power supply is indeed the issue. If you lack the equipment to safely test the voltage at the pump, consider a workshop visit. It sounds like the windshield cleaning is impossible.

I took your advice and went to the workshop. It was indeed the windshield washer motor. They replaced it, and it's working perfectly again. Cost me around 25€ including labor. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction. It was really the wiper water level after all!

The error likely persists because the system detects a problem despite the fluid level. The fault memory entry confirms this. It could be a faulty level sensor, a clogged line, or a malfunctioning washer motor. Have you tried activating the system to listen for the washer motor? If you hear nothing, the motor may be the prime suspect.
