Kangoo Windshield Washer Heater Issue

I own a Kangoo as well and had similar freezing issues. Did you check the wires to the heating element? A loose or corroded connector might be the problem. Is the washer fluid reservoir full?

Reservoir's full of winter-grade fluid. Where's the heating element located exactly? I was mainly checking around the pump area and might have missed it.

I figured it would come to that. Took it to the shop and it was a corroded plug, just as suspected. 95€ later and I can see again in the winter!
