Kicks TPMS Warning Light

My 2017 Nissan Kicks with a gasoline engine is showing a constant TPMS warning light and a speedometer error for low tire pressure. I've checked and inflated the tires, and a shop confirmed the pressure is perfect. There's also an error code stored. Could it be a faulty sensor?

I had a similar issue with my Kicks. The low tire pressure light kept appearing even after filling the tires. It was frustrating! Did you try resetting the TPMS? Sometimes that works, but it didn't for me. Worth a try before you dig deeper.

Thanks! I did try resetting the TPMS, but the error returned quickly. How long did the issue last for you, and what fixed it? Were the symptoms the same - warning light and error message?

Exactly the same - light and error message. I tried different tire pressures and resetting the system for days, but nothing worked. I took it to a workshop, and it turned out one of the tire pressure sensors had a dead battery. Apparently, it's common. If the reset didn't work, get the sensors checked.

Thanks. I'll take it to a workshop next week. A dead sensor battery seems likely. I suspected that. Hopefully, it won't be too expensive, maybe around 280€. Thanks again!
