Koleos AC Compressor Problem

My 2019 Renault Koleos with a gasoline engine is having A/C issues. The A/C compressor shuts off, so the air conditioning system doesn't switch on and no longer cools. Error is stored in the error memory. Could undervoltage be the cause?

I had a similar problem with my 2016 Opel Astra. A/C would randomly stop working. Did you check the pressure switch or the AC relay? Could be something simple.

Where exactly is the pressure switch located? And how can I test if the AC relay is faulty?

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure about the Koleos. On my Astra, the relay was in the fuse box under the hood. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop; they can diagnose it properly.

Thanks, I followed your advice and went to the workshop. Turns out it was indeed undervoltage. They replaced the pressure sensor and belt tensioner, and the total repair cost was 240€.
