Kuga Climate Control Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Ford Kuga experienced a climate control failure, with the panel being non-responsive, an error code displayed, and issues with heating and AC. The suspected cause was a faulty cable or plug connection. A similar case was resolved by addressing a faulty connector, which was confirmed as the issue and fixed at a workshop.

Fuses are all good, already checked. Where exactly is the blower motor resistor located? Is it easy to get to?

It's worth checking but I didn't go down that route. I gave up and took it to a workshop because I was pretty sure I would break something else. They said the same, a faulty connector, and charged me 95€ and fixed it!

95€, that's not bad. Right, I'm calling it. Trip to the workshop it is! Thanks a million for the heads-up; at least I know I'm not chasing a ghost. Turns out it was indeed a faulty connector! All sorted now.

I had a similar issue with my Kuga. Sounds bang on. Did you check the blower motor resistor or any fuses?
