Laguna Start Stop Issue

I'm having trouble with my 2007 Renault Laguna (gasoline engine). The start-stop isn't working. There's an error stored, the engine cuts out sometimes, and a warning light comes on. I think the car battery might be low or bad. The car has 240673 km.

I have a Laguna too and had something similar happen. Does it say 'Eco mode inactive'?

Thanks! Yes, I see the 'Eco mode inactive' message sometimes. Does that mean it's the battery?

For me, it was the battery. I'd get it checked at a shop to be sure. They quoted me around 290€ to replace it.

Got it. Thanks for the advice. I'll take it to a shop to get it diagnosed and the battery replaced.
