Thanks for the quick reply! Ambient noise seems normal, and it appears to be solely a Bluetooth issue related to the microphone. Was the defective infotainment system the root cause in your case as well? What did you end up doing to fix it?

Yes, it turned out the infotainment system was indeed defective. I recommend taking your Latio to a workshop to confirm the diagnosis. In my case, a replacement was necessary, resulting in considerable Microphone repair costs. They quoted me 815€ to fix it.

I had a similar problem with my Latio. Is ambient noise also affected, or is it solely a Bluetooth issue? The sound quality during calls was terrible, and speech recognition was completely useless. It might be related to the infotainment system.
