Latio Terminal 30 Interrupted Power

Car gurus, my 2008 Nissan Latio diesel is throwing me for a loop. It's got a little over 100k km on the clock. The issue? "Terminal 30 continuous plus interrupted." It's turning over like it's got cement in the cylinders. I've checked the obvious stuff, like ensuring the battery connections are tight. Could this be some gremlin in the fuse box, or am I barking up the wrong tree? Could this be part of the power supply? Ignition switch, maybe?

Terminal 30 issue... Hmm. I had a similar problem with my Nissan Latio. Very frustrating. Could it be a heavily discharged or defective battery causing this? Have you load tested your battery lately?

A defective battery, you say? I hadn't considered it that deeply, since it's relatively new. I will say I am going through batteries much faster than I expected. When your Latio had this, were there any other electrical weirdness happening at the same time? Was it only the starting, or did you see anything else?

In my case, the hard starting was the primary symptom. I ran a diagnostic and my charging system needed repair. Given the symptoms and interrupted power, it would be wise to consider a visit to a workshop to test your car's electrical system. This may save you some money and stress.

Thanks! After reading through the advice, I took it to the shop, and you nailed it. Turns out the battery was toast and needed replacing, as well as a charging system repair. Final damage was 290€. I appreciate the help!
