LC Washer Heater Problem

I have a vexing predicament concerning my 2019 Lexus LC hybrid. With 92652 kilometers, I have encountered an issue with the windshield washer heater. The malfunction manifests in two distinct symptoms: first, an error is persistently stored; and second, the spray nozzles remain frozen during cold weather. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

I had something similar happen on my LC. I didn't get any error codes, but the washer fluid just wouldn't spray when it was cold. It was like the heating element wasn't doing its job. Have you checked the fuse for the washer heater? It might be blown. Also, did you ensure that there's no blockage in the lines themselves? Sometimes a little debris can cause havoc.

Thank you for your swift response. I have indeed scrutinized the relevant fuse; it appears to be in proper working order. Furthermore, I have meticulously examined the washer fluid lines for any potential obstructions. Could you perhaps elaborate on the specific nature of the problem you encountered and the eventual resolution?

Okay, so if the fuse and lines are good, it's probably the heater itself or the wiring to it. I didn't mess with it myself. I just took it to the shop and they sorted it out. They told me it was a bad connection. If you are getting an error, then it seems like you have exactly what I had.

My sincere gratitude for your invaluable insights. I will heed your recommendation and schedule an appointment with a qualified technician to diagnose and rectify the fault. The estimated repair cost is 95€. I am now certain that I do not have the knowledge to tackle this problem.
