Lexus ES Radio Reception Problem

My 2017 Lexus ES hybrid with 240430 km is having radio reception issues. The infotainment system sometimes shows an error, and the audio cuts out. Diagnostic scans show an error. I suspect the antenna, but haven't done much troubleshooting. Any ideas?

Sounds like a common issue. Is it just FM, or do you have problems with other audio sources too? Does the static get worse in certain locations?

The issue is mainly with FM. Bluetooth and USB work fine. The static does get worse in certain areas, especially with lots of buildings.

Okay, FM only and location-dependent static points towards the antenna or its booster. Given the error code and symptoms, it's likely the antenna itself is failing. A workshop visit is advisable to confirm and replace it.

I took it to a technician, and they confirmed it was a defective antenna. The repair was 255€. The radio reception is now working. Thanks for the help!
