Lexus ES tire pressure sensor issue

I'm experiencing a low tire pressure warning and error message in my 2013 Lexus ES hybrid. Diagnostic memory confirms a fault. At 43713 km, could it be the tire pressure sensor battery? Anyone seen this?

Summary of the thread

A 2013 Lexus ES hybrid is experiencing a low tire pressure warning, confirmed by a diagnostic fault. The issue is consistent across all tires, and manual checks show correct pressure, suggesting the problem is not with the tires themselves. The likely cause is depleted batteries in the tire pressure sensors, as the error affects all sensors. A service center visit confirmed the need for sensor replacement due to battery depletion.

Did this summary help you solve your problem?

I haven't seen that exact issue, but those sensors use batteries. Is it one specific tire, or random? Have you checked the tire pressure with a manual gauge to rule out a flat?

The error is consistent across all tires. I used a gauge and the pressure is correct. Could a faulty receiver unit cause this, or is battery failure still most likely?

A faulty receiver is possible, but less common when all sensors are affected. Since the pressure is correct and the error is on all tires, sensor batteries are the prime suspect. I'd suggest a workshop visit to confirm, but prepare for sensor replacement.

I visited a service center, and the tire pressure sensors needed replacement due to depleted batteries. The total repair cost was 280€.
