Okay, no pump sound is key info. The spray jets are usually located on the hood or cowl, right near the windshield. Little nozzles, basically. If they're not clogged, and the pump isn't making any noise, it might be an electrical issue or the pump itself has failed. Also, there is an error stored in the error memory. Thanks for the advice! Turns out it was just low on wiper fluid. I filled it up and it cost me 25€. All good now.
