Lexus GS GPS Antenna Failure

Saab, huh? Interesting. It's completely dead. Like, zero satellites. Interference, maybe? What are the odds?

Yeah, Saab 9-3. Eventually figured it was the GPS module itself after checking the antenna connection, which was fine. But with a dead signal like that, I'd bet on a defective antenna. Save yourself the headache and get it checked at a shop. Seriously, could save you hours of frustration. I paid about 200€ after everything, so I'd expect a similar amount.

Appreciate the input. Workshop confirmed defective GPS antenna. Quoted 200€. Replaced. Done.

Had similar gremlins in my Saab. Drove me nuts! Was it completely dead or just intermittent signal? I'm wondering if signal interference could also be a factor before you start ripping things apart.
