Lexus GS rough running engine

Has anyone experienced a check engine light, rough engine running, occasional stalling at idle, and jerking during acceleration on a 2009 Lexus GS 450h hybrid with 238615 kilometers? I suspect a defective fuel pressure sensor, possibly due to a compromised cable or plug connection.

I also drive a GS 450h. I had a similar problem with the check engine light and the engine running rough. Did you check the fuel trims at all? What about the sensor readings? Might be worth a look before replacing parts.
