Lexus GS running rich

My 2009 Lexus GS with a gasoline engine seems to be running excessively rich. At 231187 km, I'm experiencing reduced engine power, the check engine light is on, the engine runs rough, fuel consumption is noticeably higher, and the car jerks when accelerating. I suspect a faulty injector. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I also have a Lexus GS. Your symptoms sound similar to when I had a problem with my air-fuel ratio. Did you check the spark plugs or air filter?

Yes, exactly. Think of it like trying to breathe through a straw; the engine would compensate by dumping in more fuel. Ultimately, the issue was indeed injector failure. It ended up requiring a visit to the workshop, costing me 515€. You might want to get it checked out by a professional.
