Lexus IS driver seat massage not working

Hi, I have a 2019 Lexus IS hybrid with 82887 km. The driver's seat massage function isn't working. It won't switch on. My code reader shows a seat-related error. Any ideas?

Hey, I had a similar issue with my Lexus IS. Check the cable and plug connection under the seat first. It might be a loose connection.

Yep, same error. Honestly, it's a pain to get to. I'd just take it to a workshop. They quoted me 95€, turned out to be a defective cable.
