Lexus IS Stuck in Transport Mode

I have a Lexus IS, but not the hybrid. I had something similar happen shortly after I got mine. The electrical system was acting weird, and some features were disabled. It was because of an incomplete initialization process. Have you looked in the manual about turning off transport mode?
