Lexus LC radar sensor failure

Hello, I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my 2018 Lexus LC gasoline. It has about 132000 km on the clock. The radar sensor seems to have stopped working. I'm getting an error message in the speedometer, and the error memory confirms a fault. This is causing a cascade of failures with various systems, and a warning light is constantly illuminated in the speedometer. Could a dirty sensor really cause all this?

On the Volvo, the radar sensor was behind the front bumper, near the lower grille. It's likely in a similar location on your Lexus. As for alignment, it's best to avoid fiddling with it yourself. Radar calibration typically requires specialized tools and software to ensure it's working correctly. Given the symptoms, I'd advise a visit to a qualified workshop; a simple cleaning might solve the issue, but they can properly diagnose and calibrate the sensor if needed.

Thanks a lot for your help! I took it to a workshop, and you were spot on. The radar sensor was indeed dirty. They cleaned it, and now everything is working perfectly again.
