Lexus LS Hybrid Engine Issues

I'm having a vexing issue with my 2017 Lexus LS hybrid with 77356 km. The engine starts poorly, fuel consumption has increased, and engine power feels diminished. The engine idles unevenly and occasionally stalls. I suspect a defective injection nozzle, possibly due to a dirty injection valve. Has anyone encountered similar symptoms?

Yep, the uneven idling and stalling were definitely part of it! I fiddled around a bit, but in the end, I took it to a trusted workshop. They mentioned something about the injection system being clogged. Might be worth getting it checked out by a professional.
