Lexus LS Massage Seat Failure

Hi, I have a 2021 Lexus LS hybrid with 176695 km. The massage seat switch isn't working. The massage function cannot be switched on and there is an error stored in the error memory. Any ideas?

I've seen similar issues with the Lexus LS seats. Have you checked the cable and plug connections to the seat? A defective cable or plug connection is sometimes the reason why massage settings don't work properly.

Unfortunately, tracing the exact cable location requires some disassembly. It is usually below the seat. I would recommend taking it to a workshop; they can diagnose it properly. The cost is usually not significant.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a workshop and you were right. It was a defective plug connection of the component. Cost me 95€ to fix.
