Lexus LX rough running and stalling

I have a Lexus LX too, and that sounds familiar. Did you check the spark plugs? A misfire, often from a faulty ignition coil, can cause those issues. Any specific error codes from the check engine light?

I took your advice and went to a workshop for a diagnosis. It was a defective ignition coil. After the 95€ repair, my car works perfectly again. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
