Lexus NX Electrical Issues

I have a 2019 Lexus NX hybrid with about 105,000 km. I'm experiencing some weird electrical issues. Sometimes I get sporadic error messages related to the driving mode, or random warning lights will pop up. The audio and navigation systems occasionally go haywire, and sometimes the whole unit seems to reboot itself. It's all very intermittent. My basic OBD-II scanner shows some errors stored, but nothing specific. Has anyone else encountered anything similar with their NX?
