Lexus RX engine stalling

Hey, I'm having a strange issue with my 2015 Lexus RX hybrid. It's got about 133325 km on it. Recently, the check engine light came on, and the engine occasionally stalls at idle, plus there's a noticeable reduction in engine power. It feels like I'm trying to run with a parachute attached. I recently changed the fuel filter, and I suspect I might have messed something up, maybe triggered some error entry. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

I had similar symptoms on my RX. Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator? Could be that it's faulty.

Interesting. How did you figure out it was the fuel pressure regulator? Did you experience any other symptoms, or was it just the rough idle and check engine light?

Yep, the engine light and the rough idle were the key symptoms. Eventually, the car was barely driveable, like trying to breathe through a straw. Took it to a workshop, and they confirmed it was the regulator.
