Fuel consumption seems normal. Is it safe to drive it like this, or could it cause further damage?

Driving with a faulty purge valve is like trying to breathe through a pinched straw – the engine might not get the air it needs at the right time. It may eventually damage the catalytic converter or other components. Take it to a workshop as soon as possible.

Thanks for the advice. The garage confirmed a faulty tank ventilation valve due to clogged hoses. Repair cost 175€. Now it runs smoothly.

That sounds like a purge valve issue, or as you mentioned, potentially clogged hoses related to the evaporative emission control system. The ECU is probably detecting unusual pressure values from the pressure sensor. Is the fuel consumption normal, or have you seen an increase?
